Apryl’s Plan:

Two Shakes-a-Day Diet

Modelled off the Isagenix Plan, but much cheaper, drink two high protein, low carb shakes a day with fiber and omega-3s added plus a healthy dinner.  For more information, click here: Two Shakes-A-Day

Here’s an example:

Breakfast Shake Recipe:  

Mix 1 scoop protein powder into water

Add 1 Tbsp flax oil

Add fiber

Add ½ – 1 cup fruit or berries and or greens

 

Sarah’s Plan

Keto Diet

The Keto Diet is a low carb diet, where the body produces ketones in the liver to be used as energy.

Ketosis is a natural process the body initiates to help us survive when food intake is low. During this state, we produce ketones, which are produced from the breakdown of fats in the liver. For more information, click here: Keto Diet

Try Sarah’s Choco – Chia Pudding

Chia Seeds (3 tablespoons)

Unsweetened Almond Milk (1 cup) – you can replace skim milk or soy milk

Chocolate Protein Powder or Cocoa Powder (1 scoop)

Raspberries -fresh or frozen (1/4 cup)

Optional : Steevia

Directions :

1. Mix the almond milk and the chocolate protein/ cocoa powder together. Stir well.

2. Add the Chia Seeds in the mix. Mix well.

3. Let the mix rest 5 minutes and stir.

4. Stir again 5 minutes later and then let it rest for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

5. Serve and add the raspberries on top!

You transfer the rest in storage containers and keep in the fridge.
