It’s going to take the City of Barrie by storm this summer! Splash On Water Park just opened off Centennial Beach this weekend and we got a chance to check it out. The obstacle course is the first in Ontario, and takes kids and their parents on a wet and wild ride on Kempenfelt Bay.
